Statutory Rights
All
statements, guarantees or warranties in these terms of
trading are additional to and do not affect your statutory
rights.
Pricing and Availability
All
products on this web site are offered for sale world-wide,
at the prices shown, with orders either being placed
on-line, or by telephone or post to our address. We
endeavour to hold stocks for immediate dispatch of all
products offered and to provide 1-2 day delivery of goods
ordered subject to payment clearance.
The
price shown for any product are subject to VAT and Delivery.
The
prices and totals are shown again on the final, secure
ordering page, where you are invited to complete the
transaction after reviewing your purchases. An invoice/receipt
will be emailed to you.
In the
event that goods are out of stock and that we do not expect
to be able to dispatch them to you within 5 working days of
your order, we will contact you for further instructions.
On each product page we
will give an indication as to the availability of the
product using one of the symbols below.

- Product on order. We expect delivery within 5
working days
- Product unlikely to be in stock for at least 10 working
days.

If you
complain to us in writing, we endeavour to acknowledge it
promptly to tell you how long it will take to resolve the
complaint and to keep you informed while we resolve the
complaint. In most cases we would aim to resolve the
complaint within 5 working days or receiving it.
By
listening carefully to all our customers and responding
positively we find that complaints are rare. When we do
receive them we always check back to make sure that our
solution is acceptable and, where appropriate and possible,
change our operating systems to prevent repetition of the
cause for complaint.
Cancellation
You have
the right to cancel the order within 7 working days starting
the day after receipt of the goods (excludes complete
engines). We will return your payment within 30 days of the
cancellation. Special Order goods (eg dyno tuned engines)
shall not be returnable under the terms of this clause.
Customers should return unwanted goods at their own expense
and send recorded delivery. Only unopened goods with all
original packaging can be returned. All returns are subject
to a restocking charge of not less than 10% of the value of
the order.
Ordering and Payment
When you
place an order with us from this web site or by post, you
are making an agreement to purchase from us and promising
that payment will be made to us by the bank or administrator
of your payment card and that we may request authorisation
for payment to us by the bank or other administrator. In
the event that payment is revoked after dispatch and or
delivery of the goods, we reserve the right to take the
necessary steps to recover payment from you.
When you
purchase a product on-line by credit or debit card using our
secure server, no card numbers will be held by
GX160Parts.com once the transaction is complete.
Liability
It shall be
the responsibility of the Purchaser to determine the
suitability of the goods for any application.
There is no
guarantee as to the goods suitability for any specific
purpose even if that purpose is known to
GX160Parts.com.
In any dispute
that may arise liability of
GX160Parts.com
for breach of
any warranty or obligation either expressed or implied is
limited to the value of the goods supplied in any event.
All
recommendations and advice given by
GX160Parts.com
or its
employees or agents of
GX160Parts.com
are given
without liability on the part of
GX160Parts.com.
Descriptive
pictorial or written material issued or published by
GX160Parts.com
from time to
time relating to goods offered for sale shall not form part
of any contract of sale.

shall not be
responsible for any loss or damage caused either directly or
indirectly by the goods or by any act or omission in
connection therewith.
Damage or
shortage
Both the
carriers and ourselves must be notified in writing within 3
days of receipt of goods, or in cases of non-delivery
immediately the invoice is received, otherwise no liability
can be accepted. Packages, which have been damaged in
transit, should be retained for inspection by ourselves or
appointed courier's agents.
We recommend that you
choose Royal Mail Standard Parcels Enhanced Compensation if
your orders are over £50 in value. |
