Billet Con Rods Now In Stock (21st November 2009)
This Billet Con Rod fits the GX160 and GX200 engine and includes the bearing shims.  The standard Con Rod is the weak link in your engine.  We recommend you fit this Billet Con Rod for any performance increases which will take your engine above 8hp and high revving applications.  This is a must to protect your engine and investment.  Plus it looks fantastic! GX160 Tuning Parts for open tuning regs (6th April 2009) (updated)
We have a number of products available for those (not running to any regulations) and are looking to improve the performance of their GX160 engine.  These are a number of "off the shelf" products that can easily be fitted to your existing engine without much mechanical knowledge.  Click here for details.  Coming soon we will have a smaller cylinder head Which will fit the GX160 and GX200 engine to raise compression.  We will also have re-ground Cam profiles and hopefully a few other items.  Watch this space!

IMPORTANT NEWS:- G4 Carb Insulator (14th August 2008)
Please note that the G4 Carb insulator does not actually fit on the New G4 Engine!  When the MSA wrote the Technical Regulations for this engine Honda informed them that the engine would be shipped with a new carb insulator to enable a take-off for the pulse pump.  In addition they provided the MSA with the part number (16211-ZE2-700).  It turns out that none of the new G4 engines were shipped with this Carb Insulator despite Hondas information to the MSA.  On further investigation by GX160Parts.Com it turns out that the Carb Insulator only fits the GX270 engine!  Therefore we now have in stock New Carb Insulators with pulse pump take off for the GX270 range of engines only!
New Web Site:- Onlinegenerators.co.uk (14th August 2008)
GX160Parts.Com will be introducing a new web site specifically aimed at selling generators.  The web site, www.onlinegenerators.co.uk will be launched within the next few weeks and will provide a range of generators from small hobby generators to large industrial generators.  Commenting on the new side of the business Tim Kerr stated "we often get asked by customers if we sell generators.  Sometimes the customers generator is beyond repair and is cheaper to replace that repair with Honda parts.  We therefore decided to listed to our customers requirements and offer Generators, running the Honda engine, for sale on our web site.  We will therefore be able to provide a one stop shop for generator sales and also offer spare parts for routine maintenance and repair".  Details when the new web site will be launched will be provided on the news section of this site and a link to the site will be incorporated within the GX160Parts.Com website.  Onlinegenerators.co.uk is a division of GX160Parts.Com.
New Stock: New G4 Valve Springs, Offset Keyways, Oversized UT1 Pistons and Rings, and Vavle Seat Cutting Tools (12th May 2008)
GX160Parts.Com now have the new G4 Valve Spring in stock.  Stock is limited at present so act now before they are sold out.  We do have however a large quantity on back order with Honda which should be with us soon. Also just in are the offset keyways which enable the timing to be advanced by 8 degrees.  Although not legal for MSA regulations (and yes they are easy to spot!) anyone running modified regulations or just for fun will be able to fit these for a noticeable gain. We have also just received a limited supply of oversized UT1 Pistons and UT1 Piston Rings for the GX160 engine and oversized piston and rings for the GX270 engine.  Other new additions include the Inlet and Exhaust Valve Seat cutting tools as used by the top engine builders to ensure correct valve seating.
