GX160Parts.Com have invested in a new Dyno, enabling us to undertake direct comparison tests of all our modified parts.  We also dyno every Stage 1, 2 and 3 engine before shipping to ensure that the engine is running perfectly and so the customer can see the power output achieved. 

Please note that whilst we can and do offer engine rebuilds for karting purposes we recommend using RPM Racing Engine for all MSA spec engines.  We can not, and do not, pretend to be able to achieve the results of the RPM guys for MSA legal engines, given their years of expertise and the specialist equipment they have.  However if you are racing under modified rules or just for fun  then we can offer a cost effect engine and dyno rebuild service.

Our Dyno is perfect for setting up Mikuni carbs on heavily modified race engines, enabling the correct jetting to be achieved.  Our Dyno is also ideally suited for testing our custom exhaust systems to find out what configuration gives the best performance.

We also offer power runs for those of you that have rebuilt your own engine and are looking to see the performance gains achieved, for example, by fitting a 14cc OEM Cylinder Head, or our Rev Kit with 1:3 Rocker Arms.  It will also provide the Egg Motor and Para Engine community with invaluable power curve data on their engine before taking to the air!
